We have waited a long time to choose a solar company. Kevin took the time to explain the process of solar, leasing vs buying, production of power, etc. Pros and cons of both. He spent a significant amount of time with us in discussion. No pressure at all. Once the decision was made, the start to finish in two weeks! Kevin and Debbie took care of everything, permits and inspections. The workman came early and worked all day, taking only three days for actual installation. Very pleasant and informative when I asked questions. Such a pleasure to deal with a business with personal and professional integrity.

My husband and I had been considering purchasing a solar system for our home for several years, but most often were told it wouldn’t be cost effective for us since we are in our sixties. However, when we talked to Denny Stevens and Phil Egan about purchasing solar from United Sun Energy we found it would be cost effective for us after they performed an analysis of our energy use. We had the solar installed the fall of 2013 and have had our PG & E bills reduced to $3-4 per month (during the fall and winter).
We financed the system with an equity line and overall we are still saving money.
